Our Founders
Tyler Marcus, CEO
Tyler is the Chief Executive Officer of Gradmor. Prior to being a founding partner of Gradmor, he utilized his data analytics and finance background to drive growth efforts at two startups. Before these management roles, Tyler worked as a financial data analyst in both tech and healthcare. Tyler holds a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was a member of the Honors Research Scholars program where he aided professors in data analysis and data science. In his free time, Tyler enjoys sports, trying new food and concerts.
Ava Pott, COO
Ava is the Chief Operating Officer of Gradmor. Prior to founding Gradmor in 2017, Ava worked at an agency crafting digital marketing strategies for fast growing technology brands guided by data analytics and business intelligence. She has also worked in office management, project management and operation roles optimizing sales efficiencies, business processes and people management efforts in the US and Asia. Ava holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running and traveling.
